Artistic Director of The 2nd World Virtual Choir Festival 2020
Entering in August 2020, the situation due to the COVID19 Pandemic still feels very heavy, especially with more people being affected by this dangerous virus. Although offices, markets, and busy centers have opened, schools and houses of worship are still closed. We are all even prohibited from gathering, we still have to keep our distance and wear masks in public. Worries about being affected by COVID19 still haunt us. Currently, offices, markets, and other places where other crowds have been opened have become "clusters" for the spread of COVID19. We all are still not free to meet, and for all of us Choir activists, this situation does not allow us to meet freely and sing together. Not able to practice, not perform in public places, not ready to concerts, and not hold competitions.
Considering the situation that limits the choir's space for movement, the Bandung Choral Society has the initiative to again hold a Choir Event so that singers and conductors can continue to be active, productive, and connected with singers and connoisseurs of the art of singing.
Continuing the success of holding the first WORLD VIRTUAL CHOIR FESTIVAL and VIRTUAL CHOIR & SOLO SINGING COMPETITION, which was just held, now, we are presenting the 2nd WORLD VIRTUAL CHOIR FESTIVAL, which will be held on 1-6 December 2020.
The Virtual Choir Event was initially only a way out to continue singing activities during the COVID19 Pandemic, but it turns out that the Virtual Choir event organized by the Bandung Choral Society can provide excitement and spur a spirit of achievement. The choir involved can feel the joy of singing together again, sharing compassion and pride, and letting go of the longing even though it is spiritual.
I invite singers and choirs to take part in the 2nd WORLD VIRTUAL CHOIR FESTIVAL 2020. Give the choir and singers passion and passion for singing. In the 2nd WORLD VIRTUAL CHOIR FESTIVAL, it was opened for INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPANTS for the Choir Competition and Solo Singing Competition.
This virtual singing experience can provide a unique and exciting experience.

D. FRIENDSHIP CONCERT

Each choir can send 2 representatives to consult and get a 5-minute direct review from each of the experts chosen online. For registration please click HERE.

Online Workshop is open to the public. Provide compelling topics from the choral and singing experts to develop the vocal technique. This workshop will hold via ZOOM Meeting.
