Favorite Participant Vote Coupons

• Voting System

  The number of votes a participant receives is calculated based on the number of vote coupons (tickets) purchased by users.

• Coupon Purchase

  Each user may purchase more than one vote coupon or ticket through their account.

• Daily Lucky Draw

  1. The lucky draw will be held daily after the last performance in the second session of the choir competition, as well as during the closing ceremony.

  2. Vote coupons received by 17:00 WIB will be included in that day's draw.

  3. The deadline for vote submissions is on February 12, 2026, at 15:00 WIB.

  4. The draw will be broadcast live on Instagram Live at @yogyakartaintchoralfestival.

• Announcement and Prize Collection

  1. Lucky draw winners will be contacted directly by the committee to arrange prize collection.

  2. Prize collection can be done anytime during the event until February 12, 2026, and can be delegated with notification to the committee.

• Prizes

  1. A total prize pool of over IDR 7,500,000 is available for 15 winners.

  2. Prizes consist of exclusive merchandise from BCS Products, with values assigned per winner.

  3. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Winner Terms

  1. Winners who cannot be contacted or do not respond within the specified time will be disqualified.

  2. The committee’s decision is final and binding.

• Sistem Voting

  Jumlah suara yang diterima peserta dihitung berdasarkan jumlah kupon vote (tiket) yang dibeli oleh pengguna.

• Pembelian Kupon

  Setiap pengguna dapat membeli lebih dari satu kupon vote atau tiket melalui akun mereka.

• Lucky Draw Harian

  1. Lucky draw akan diselenggarakan setiap hari setelah penampilan terakhir pada sesi kedua kompetisi paduan suara, serta saat upacara penutupan (closing ceremony).

  2. Kupon vote yang diterima hingga pukul 17:00 WIB akan diikutsertakan dalam undian hari tersebut.

  3. Batas akhir pengumpulan vote adalah tanggal 12 Februari 2026 pukul 15:00 WIB.

  4. Pengundian akan disiarkan langsung melalui Instagram Live di akun @yogyakartaintchoralfestival.

• Pengumuman dan Pengambilan Hadiah

  2. Pengambilan hadiah dapat dilakukan kapan saja selama acara berlangsung hingga tanggal 12 Februari 2026 dan dapat diwakilkan dengan pemberitahuan kepada panitia.

• Hadiah

  1. Tersedia total hadiah senilai lebih dari Rp7.500.000 untuk 15 pemenang.

  2. Masing-masing pemenang akan mendapatkan merchandise eksklusif dari BCS Products dengan nilai yang telah ditentukan.

  3. Hadiah tidak dapat ditukarkan dalam bentuk uang tunai.

• Ketentuan Pemenang

  1. Pemenang yang tidak dapat dihubungi atau tidak memberikan respons dalam waktu yang ditentukan akan dianggap gugur.

  2. Keputusan panitia bersifat final dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat.

• 投票系统

  参与者获得的投票数是根据用户购买的投票券（票）的数量计算的。

• 优惠券购买

  每个用户可以通过他们的帐户购买多张投票券或门票。

• 每日抽奖

  1. 抽奖活动将于第二届合唱比赛最后一场演出结束后以及闭幕式期间举行。

  2. [Time] WITA 之前收到的投票券将包含在当天的抽奖中。

  3. 投票截止日期为2026年[Month]月 [Date]日 [Time] WITA。

  4. 抽奖活动将在Instagram live 的 @baliinternationalchoirfestival 上进行现场直播。

• 公告和奖品收集

  1. 抽奖获奖者将由委员会直接联系安排领奖。

  2. 奖品收集可以在2026年[Date]月[Day]日之前的活动期间随时进行，并可以委托给委员会通知。

• Prizes

  1. [Winner number]名获奖者可获得总奖金超过[Prize Winner]印尼盾。

  2. 奖品由BCS Products的独家商品组成，并为每位获奖者分配价值。

  3. 奖品不能兑换现金。

• 获奖者条款
